Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products (downloads, printables, eBooks)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may:
    • Pay a reshipping fee to have the item sent again, OR
    • Request a refund minus original shipping costs

Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is not claimed or picked up and is returned to us:

  • A refund will be issued minus shipping costs, OR
  • The customer may choose to have the item reshipped at their expense

We are not responsible for packages left unclaimed by the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
